We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over £45 ex VAT within UK Mainland*. All orders below £45 ex VAT will be charged at a standard postage rate of £3.67 to the UK Mainland.
Special Delivery options for certain items is sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, which the parcel has to be signed for.
Please contact us if you require charges for delivery outside of the UK.
Depending on the nature of the product, we will use either Royal Mail, a courier service or a trained Aidmobility driver to deliver your products to you.
All items are dispatched depending on stock availability within 24 hours of placing your order. Standard delivery time for larger items delivered by DHL Express is normally within 2 working days and smaller items delivered via Royal Mail normally within 5 working days. If an item is out of stock and we are not able to deliver within 5 working days we will inform you directly.
If an item is required urgently we will try our best to get this item to you as soon as possible, in this case it is advisable for you to contact us before placing your order so that we can give you an approximate delivery date. When a mobility product or living aid is ready for dispatch, we will contact you to let you know when to expect delivery.
On receipt of delivery, please check the goods before signing the Couriers delivery note. All claims for damages or shortages must be received in writing within 3 days of delivery, otherwise no claim will be accepted. Claims for damages can only be accepted if the words 'received damaged' are written on the carrier's docket. Goods should therefore be carefully inspected prior to signing docket.
